Kambo is an ancestral medicine used by some of the indigenous peoples of the Amazon: the Mayoruna, Matses, Marubo, Amahuaca, Kashinawa, Katukina, Yawanawá, and the Kaxinawá.

Kambo refers to the secretion of an arboreal frog called the Phyllomedusa Bicolor which is found numerously throughout a large swath of the Amazonian Rainforest Basin.
